How can i be nice again?

I don’t know why, but i can’t seem to tolerate people like i could a few years ago. I don’t know if it’s my job-i work as a Conveyancing Assistant so see clients everyday or just getting older?
I used to be great at the whole fake smiles and meaningless conversations with relatives at parties etc but i just find myself being about to do it less and sometimes standing there blankly as i really can’t fathom what to say. Is there something wrong with me, i’m only 20? I smile etc but i dread smoozing as i get worried that it’ll be really uncomfortable.

Aussie in London – need temping work – Help?

Australian in London – how do I join agencies that can get me a job- I have a British passport so I don’t need a visa to work. I have been doing conveyancing in Qld and would like to work in that field – or anything in law (admin, secretary etc) if not anything in office – I want to do temping as I am going travelling in a few months time.

How much should I expect to pay someone to paint the exterior of my house?

I am planning to paint the exterior of my house and I am seeking advise. I have specific questions, which I hope can help
(1) How much should I expect to pay to paint the exterior of a 2 story building (2500 SQ) home
(2) Should I ask the painter to purchase the paid himself/herself or should I buy it myself? (I imagine some of them may have access to wholesale pricing; on the other hand, I cannot vouch for the quality of the product the buy)
(3) Since this is summer and everyone tends to do a lot of home improvement, will it be cheaper to do the painting job later in the year (fall, say).
BTW: I live in Atlanta GA. (we often have extended weather than many northern states

My house is 3 years old, and all of the paint on the walls will peel off if knicked. In the bathroom the paint is coming off the walls really easy. But there are a few spots where its a little harder to get off. I am trying to get all of the paint peeled off so we can redo it, and redo it right. The contractor that did our house used very cheap paint. Also the texture is staying on the wall, no sheetrock is showing or coming off.

What are the requirments for a conveyancer?

I just finish my real estate school waiting to get my license but I’m thinking during the tyme trying to pass the state test.. I would like to work at a real estate as a conveyancer. I’m planning to call each real estate company and ask if they are hiring a conveyancer. But my problem is I don’t know how to start out.. how to approach. Any suggestions?
and last question is .. do you guys know if working as a conveyancer need sum kind of license? Because I think conveyancer is just liek a secretary job do papers works right?HELP

It’s a 6 bdrm house in Ravenna and we all paid rent to a couple who had the account number. Yes we now know that was very trusting and naive of us, please no lectures! So the couple in charge of rent bailed and we don’t know where they are at. The property manager is demanding payment and obviously doesn’t care about the situation because they need the money. I understand that but I don’t have that and neither do my remaining roommates. I was wondering if there was any place that could help with short term rent situation? Quickly? I just started a 2nd job and don’t have money for a new place yet. If there are places that help like this then which one am I likely to receive help from? Thanks so much for your time to answer my question. : )
Also there is no lease for any of us. There was a lease for someone a while back but it expired. People have just been posting it on Craigslist to replace themselves. Althoguh the property manager said if we get this worked out she would give me a lease to sign and let me sublet to the other roommates on a month by month basis. So I know she wants someone to stay but she has threatened an eviction notice. Help! thanks. : )

Is it worth the risk to buy property that is less than 20 feet above sea level?

If sea level rises due to global warming, then lots of property all over the country, and the world, will get destroyed. Just like so much property in New Orleans. But until recently I lived in a nice shore town, and if I still had a job there I would have considered eventually buying a house there, fully aware of what could happen in the next few decades.
BeachSaint, I wish I could agree, but not everyone has enough money to live for the moment, especially when it comes to buying a house.

What is the least expensive way to get a non paying renter out of our rent house ?

We have not been able to contact her at all — the cell phone she had no longer holds messages. She lost her job shortly after she moved in. Her car was repossed. We mailed a certified letter to give notice to move – but it was not picked up — we left a note on her door — she apparently has not been back to the house at all in over 2 weeks. She was short last month’s rent and we have not been able to contact her at any of the numbers she put on the application. Texas is the state.
