I know it says you cannot have owned a home in three years, does this apply to a rent house, which is considered to be a business, not a home?
I can put the rent house under a corporation, and it would not be under my name.
are lettings agencies answerable to anybody?
Posted by: | Commentsi have the neighbours from hell next door to me. 11 people in fact. private rented.. i’ve called the police numerous times, the landlord says it’s down to the lettings agent to deal with. called them and they hung up on me. the original tenants have left the property and gone back home yet the landlord says they have to take theselodgers to court and it could take months. so my question is.. is there an ombudsman or someone i can take this to. as they’re driving me insane.

A relative is deceased and left no will. There is some property to be sold in WV, however, we have been unable to located 6 of the people entitled to a share of the proceeds. How can we proceed with the sale?

I serve on a HOA. Home Owner’s Association in a 80+ unit building. We have a new guy who joined us last year. He would be described initially as a friendly initially but dominating and very harsh at times. He has caused such an internal ruckass with our bunch. To much to list, but will try…
This man has openly lied to people, sent nasty horrible emails about indiviiduals and eventually that included me. I had a big change of heart no in a good way about this guy about 3 mos ago. Something wasn’t right with him.
He went door to door telling people that he should be voted for the up and coming election for our HOA. He openly called people names, attempted to make some of his neighbors look bad so he could look good. He also made it clear he would not ok property improvement and quickly shot down any attempt on the board to do such. It was like he wanted our property to be crappy and poorly valued.
His home was just listed to sell. The bank took it over. He owes more

BUT JUST LAST MONTH THIS MAN WAS CAMPAIGNING DOOR TO DOOR TRYING TO BE VOTED ON THE BOARD. .. FORECLOSURES AND THIS TAKE MONTHS TO OCCUR.

Posted by: | Commentsin a bit of a dilemma, the sale of our house has fell through for the third time last week. we moving to spain and want to get going asap. we were due to move out this friday coming 26th october. we have been looking at these quick sale companies, problem is they look 10-15% discount. we have been watching the news and property prices are coming down by at least 40%. should we go with the quick sale people because we could end up losing out a great deal more if we dont sell again very soon. any advise or personal experience from anyone would be great. ready for pulling my hair out!!!

Posted by: | Commentsi saw on sunrise that more and more homes are being reposessed due to the continue rise in cost of living and the lack of pay rises to keep up with it!! i was shocked!! i personally do not own a house i rent, but i am too scared to b uy a house as i am so afraid of becoming bankrupt or having everything taken from underneath me!! i know that people need to control their finances but when you have children, a house, a car you both work your paying for school and daycare and petrol and car payments and a mortgage.. not too mention food i mean its $3 for a bloody lettuce!!! its scary how quickly we r turning into america!!!

I currently mop my laminate flooring and tiled flooring around every 2-3 days sometimes more often, i use hot water with either all purpose cleaner or floor cleaner, and every now and then i use diluted bleach but i dont use bleach too often.

How can I evict one person from a rent house?
Posted by: | CommentsI rent to two people, who both signed the lease. One has done considerable damage to the rent house. How can I evict him, In Texas, without having to evict the other person also? They are not legally married, but have a child together. The lease does provide for default of lease upon damaging the premises, but can I evict only one of them?
