I am trying to help a chinese friend that has lost money in a property sydndicate?
Bythis is a question for australian readers ,a friend of mine who has bad english has lost money in a failed property syndicate called “brandsmart riverbank syndicate ” situated in parramatta nsw , does any one out there have any info ?? maybe a prospectus ?? it was opened in approx 2004 , it was one of the many financial scams created by so called “professional financial planners ” here in australia , coming from china she thought that we ( the west ) had proper rules and guidelines regarding taking and investing peoples monies ,and yes !! she has spent many hours calling the appropriate authorities/people / agents / all of whom just “fob “her off ,and refuse to give her any details of her investment unfortunately she does not have thousands of dollars to pay a lazy solicitor for nothing , any help would be good .ty
