Can anyone recommend a solicitor in Portsmouth who deals with conveyancing?

By
Conveyancing

Myself and my Fiance’ are trying to buy our first house in North End, Portsmouth and are in need of a solicitor to oversee all the legal stuff.

Can anyone recommend either an individual solicitor or company?

Also, anyone who has any hints and tips for us – these would be so gratefully received.
Cor blimey: Maybe so, but sometimes we just need one – and this is one of those times… so, an answer a little more helpful would be appreciated! lol

Hello.

I own a fair number of houses on Portsmouth and always use Warner Goodman & Street in Southampton.

They are very very good at what they do and will need little involvement from yourselves.

The average cost of a solicitor is around the £1000 mark but Warner Goodman & Street were very trouble free and always keep me updated with everything that’s going on.

To be honest with you solicitors in Portsmouth are very much of a muchness!

Who ever you do decide to go with, I wish you luck and congratulations on buying your first home.

Hi

Try Tracy at Glanvilles, she did my house stuff this year and was brilliant, as things turned difficult with an ex, she sorted all of it out.
