Does any country currently have an electronic conveyancing program that is up and running?
ByI am writing a dissertation on electronic conveyancing in the UK and am looking for a system to compare it to that is already up and running (or very near introduction)
A commonwealth country would be preferable but any will do.
Definition: conveyance carried out by electronic means where all communication between parties is carried out by email, draft contracts are signed and exchanged electronically etc
