How does me mam go about giving me her house?
ByMe mam is giving me her house, does it still have to go through a conveyancing solicitor ? Or do we just go through the land registry to change the name on the deeds.Can any one advise me please,

She needs to give you an education first. Giving you a house right now would be like giving you a white elephant.
Regardless of where you do business, you should always speak the language of business of that place. Here, it happens to be an americanized version of the queens english.
