i have a 40 acre block of land that I have to sell quickly?
Bywhat’s the first thing I should do? there is a house but it has been stripped (eg. door taken, fireplace gone etc) so I don’t know wether to spend money on it (that I don’t have) or sell as is? what’s a conveyancer? should I try and sell on E-Bay? help please!

Look at the prices of property similar near that are fully finished.
The value of them will give you something to work with.
Then make up your mind weather or not to sell without the refit or would it be more profitable to get it fix up.
Then if your needs for cash are greater, then the time it would take to do the job, you have your answer.
As for how to sell get advice from the real estate agents.
You would be risking to much to try and sell on ebay or by yourself
without having some experience
