Under scottish law, how long should it take for me to receive a settlement after minute of agreement is signed
ByMy house is to be signed over in exchange for cash settlement. It states on the agreement no longer than 6 weeks but my conveyancing lawyer has just told me it could take longer, when I asked how much longer, was told indefinately.

Someone is having it away with your Interest…I would look into that one if I was you …call the GSPC in Glasgow for a bit of advice… gspc.co.uk
