How to transition laminate flooring from the hallway to the bedroom?

By
laminate flooring

I’m laying laminate flooring in the bedrooms and hallway. Should I choose one direction for all rooms and hallway and lay it down continuously from bedroom to hallway to bedroom. Or should it be layed down lengthwise in the hallway and perpendicular to the hallway boards in the bedrooms? and use a T-strip between the hallway boards and bedroom boards?

lay it down lengthwise in the hallway and perpendicular to the hallway boards in the bedrooms…that would be the best look

Yes,I would run the hallway the length of the hallway. And lay the bedrooms so they butt into the hallway flooring. That way it all flows naturally from hall to bedrooms. Have fun with your project and it’s going to look great.
