Has anyone used holiday lettings?

I’ve found a holiday property I like on www.holidaylettings.co.uk but I’ve never used them before. I wondered if anyone had any experience with them- good or bad? They are majority owned by rightmove I think…

A web site I have used with excellent results is ‘ ownersdirect.co.uk ‘ they have holiday lets all over Europe.
