how to rent out office space quickly?
ByWe’re almost broke.
And if we want to move out and rent a house we have to rent out the office space upstairs.
The office is in Portland, OR. It has a bathroom, kitchen, four rooms, a balcony w/ stairs, and a garage and little back yard. And its a commercial space, 1,000 square feet, and 1,000 $ a month.
Please email me at ninamosaedi@yahoo.com or give me some sites I can go on where I can show the office space and write about it and wait for people to email me if their interested.

Donate the space to charity for a period of time and write it off your taxes. This happens all the time when you can’t rent a space off quickly.

There are several sites you might try in renting you office space.
1. My Space
2. Craig’s list
3. Google “free ad space” you might come up with others.
4. Chamber of Commerce (Local-get number from phone book)
5. Free space at many super markets (Use 3X5 cards)
6. Church bulletin
Then there are the normal local newspapers you may advertise in. Call the local newspaper for prices and length of time they will run the ad for you.
I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.
