Would you rent an apartment that might be haunted?

You’ve recently moved to a very small town in the Midwest for a very good job offer in your current field. You rent a small hotel room for the time being until you can find a place to stay. You find out quite quickly that there are few places to live but the two are quite beautiful.
One apartment is a four bedroom in a Victorian house. It is in perfect shape and is just over the town bookshop. The lady who owns the bookshop seems nice enough, though a little strange. The monthly rent is 122$.
The other is a small one bedroom by the lake and looks a little worse for wear but its buy the lake. The monthly rent is 200$.
You ask your new friend in town to ask you to decide. She tells you the first apartment is haunted and the owner is ‘a satanist or a Wiccan or something’ (likely she is my mother because only she makes these sort of comments).
Which apartment would you rent? Why? did the possible haunting or the owner’s faith have any affect on your ‘purchase?’

The first one. I could care less if the little old lady is a wicca, devil worshipper or whatever. I would go where I could save the most money.

Sure why not. Some people have big coffee table books you have a little ghost. It would certainly be a good ice breaker do yo follow me?

I would use the money saved from renting the cheaper home to rent out Ghost Busters, or maybe call T.A.Ps Ghost Hunters to validate the hauntings so i can use it to my advantage.

Do you really think there are ghosts haunting the apartment? I wouldn’t worry about it if I were you.
