Can I buy a commercial property as a residential property?
ByI am interested to buy a property for my retirement in a remote area so I can reside there. The part of property has commercial area which is a casual restaruant and an antique shop, but the majority of the property is a house. Also, I have no intention of running any of business but I would like to lease them to tenants. Can I still get a loan as a residential mortgage?
Thank You for reading my questions!

I think that you cant, if it has been declared commercial, they will sell it as commercial, it will be more expensive thought.

You can get a loan, but a commercial one, not residential.
