How is the best way to sell a property?
ByMy father in law wanted to sell their property in the province, since it’s a rural area how is the best way to attract to people to buy it? It’s 1 hectare so it’s a little expensive and i think people will not invest on it.
Thanx for advice.

Through advertisement in the newspapers and by word of mouth. Focus on the attractive features of the land and its advantages of owning it.

Find the hungriest most ruthless real estate agent you can. They are everywhere. Never turn your back and don’t socialize. They are good at their jobs and will find buyers you never thought of. They want to sell it high. More commission.

The best way is to give some details of the property like, what would be ideal for it? Farmland? Residential? Price per Hectare? Near what? Accessible by land air or sea? Then advertise in newspapers.

Advertise. Don’t use any real estate agent as they are just like fixers. All are crooks and thieves and looking for a way to swindle you out of your money or land or both.

Use real estate agents on a non-exclusive basis, meaning you are allowed to sell the land too. Advertise it, put a sign on the land. Get the land appraised. That way you know the real market value and can price it accordingly. Make sure all the real estate taxes have been paid. See if the owner of the adjacent lot is interested in buying the land. Determine what the land can be used for so you can contact the appropriate entities. Ex. Is it good for a bodega of sorts? Or maybe a warehouse for a supplier of bottled drinks?
